Description of Work: It’s like we have a brand new home! TL; DR- JP Construction was reasonably priced, they did an outstanding job, we are beyond impressed and highly recommend them!!! We recently hired JP Construction to replace the 40 year old original siding on our house with James Hardie Siding, a new roof and re-screen/spruce up our back yard covered patio. The whole team at JP Construction deserve kudos for the quality of their work and their professionalism throughout the entire process. They exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with the final product! We highly recommend JP Construction if you’re needing new siding, roofing or windows! We are so very happy! When getting bids at the outset, we never once felt as though we were being upsold or pressured in any way -The owner, Jon was very matter of fact in assessing the job and laying out our different options for siding and roofing. The siding, roofing, and painting crews were conscientious in their work and gathered all construction debris at the end of each day, and the crew leaders Manuel (siding), and Lee (painting) were kind, patient, and gracious with us as we nitpicked small details and peppered them with the many questions that sprung into our minds throughout the process. Also, when it turned out that the shape of our particular roof made it impossible to install gutters along the full length we had originally planned for, Brandon kindly offered to return and install a rain chain for us at no additional charge. When performing our final walkthrough, the operations manager Mike even noticed details so small that they had entirely escaped our notice, and promised to have someone swing by and touch them up. It is in no way overstating things to say that their customer service was truly outstanding. As a young couple for whom this was our first major home renovation project, this was a huge relief. We are absolutely confident that JP Construction offered us the best value for our money. We got an extremely fair price for covering the exterior of our home in long-lasting Hardie Plank, redoing our entire roof in Owens-Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles, adding a small section of gutters along part of our roof, re-screening and replacing rotten boards on our back porch, and repainting our entire home in fun and funky Sherwin-Williams colors. Even our next-door neighbors, who had also just had a new roof installed, conceded that there was simply no comparing the workmanship and attention to detail. We recommend JP Construction to all our friends and family without reservation - after all was said and done our only regret is that we did not spring for new windows as well! Overall great experience!

Description of Work: Very professional, excellent work! Re-sided and then painted my home. Installed front door. Had to move my storage shed in order to re-side/ paint home. Came to work every day on time. Didn't lollygag around but worked steadily on. On-site team managers during entire days. Kudos to this company!

Description of Work: Jon Polson and his crew did a fabulous job of installing Hardie Plank and painting my home. The workmanship was top notch and Jon was available and attentive to my every question. I have very high expectations, and they went above and beyond. I highly recommend J.P. Construction.

Description of Work: Clarify above - work was performed sometime in Dec. I do not have the exact date handy. |I would consider using them in the future, but only after shopping around more. Eddie did a great job at ensuring the work was done and handled everything that I pointed out was not done. |With that said, the work was a bit sloppy. I still have nails all over the ground from where the original siding was removed. The doorbell piece outside was never hooked back up and I went without a back porch light entirely too long (a couple of weeks?). |An outside window pane on a set of one of my French doors was shattered and after speaking with Matt about it, I opted to go with a sliding glass door. My house had been gutted and remodeled in late 2007 with all of the fixtures being nickel. It was not offered to me and was ordered in white. The door was ordered without conversing with me on which side it would slide open. It opens on the wrong side. |The gutters, however were installed with a very good crew and I was 100% satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: We replaced 19 old-style aluminum windows with new Simonton Vinyl Windows. The contractor was expected to replace the windows and cleanup all debris. The work was to be done on two stories.

Description of Work: They replaced part of the roof, performed exterior carpentry, and did exterior painting.

Description of Work: JP Construction painted the outside of my home along the new roof. They also did some pressure washing on the house and sidewalk. Also, they repaired a few pieces of shingles for me.
