The install was excellent. Timothy is professional, knowledgeable, and persistent when encountering issues. He readily explains details of the install when asked and is able to do so in layman's terms so that we can fully understand the process. Also Timothy is personable and is easy to talk to. We thoroughly enjoyed his presence during the long hours that he put in to get the job done. Thank you Timothy!!!

The service I received from Johnson security services was outstanding. To be honest there was a little hiccup at first however this was due to the parts supplier. One of the components had a more recent update than the others. Tim, worked through all of the issues with the supplier and did what I consider an excellent job. He definitely went above and beyond to try his best to make sure that all my needs were addressed and I wasn't buying more or less than what I needed. Tim was always helpful even when the supplier made his job difficult. He has even checked up on me several times to make sure the system is performing to my expectations. Being a manager of Quality Assurance at an insurance company, you can assume my expectations are high. Tim delivered very personal service in a time when service is just not there. I don't think that ADT would have ever called a month or 2 later to make sure everything was working up to my expectations. He even sat down with me and explained different options on different systems so I could make an informed choice instead of just selling me the next box off of the shelf. I would and have recommended Johnson Security to others.

The most unproffesional person I have ever had the experiance of working with. A job that should have only taken about a week or so to complete (including ordering parts) took a month. Said he would would be around and changed appointments several times. Never came prepared with the proper equipment to finish the job. Took 4 appt to complete job when it should have maybe taken 2. Stayed on the phone with customer service needing help the majority of the time cause he couldnt figure things out. Would have canceled early on but had put a deposit down and Im an understanding person, but toward the end was getting pretty frustrated and just wanted it to be done.
