Joel Sotelo

Joel Sotelo is an independent contractor. He came out when one of the roofers were installing the roof and stepped through the ceiling drywall in the garage. That?s why Joel Sotelo was called to fix it. When I saw how well he had handled that, that?s when I engaged him for the other work that we had to do. I asked him about the cost when he gave me an estimate and told me the amount of time it would take. He told me that it would cost 250 $ just by word of mouth. I asked him to go ahead with the work, as it was also within my insurance allowance. I had already seen his work. He told me that he would come the next day itself when I asked him as to how soon he could come to get the work done. My roofer finished the work on the 16th of October and Sotelo was out here the next day itself. He was very responsive. Everything about him was top notch. He was working on the interior of our home and he had his drop cloths ready to cover our carpets and the rest of the stuff. He worked very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use his services in the future and I am saving his name as well.
