Efficient, complete, cleaned up

They were prompt, brought a good team, and did a good job cleaning. We only had a couple of good size branches to take away, so this was a small job about an hour.

Great! There was a miscommunication (likely on my part) and they apologized and came right out and fixed the situation. They were very polite and responsive.

I found Joe's Tree Care through a referral from a friend. He came out within two days with a bid and the 3 man crew took a day and a half to complete the job. They did a great job and the trees look amazing!

I found out about Joe's from a coworker who had used them twice, and was very happy with both experiences. I'd filed away their number, intending to call them, for about 9 months. When I realized that I'd procrastinated so long that some of the Pecan's branches were now dragging the ground killing the grass, I finally made the call. Manny came out on Tuesday and went through everything I wanted done. He made some thoughtful suggestions about management for the Arizona Ashes and the Magnolias, made notes about what we were going to do to each tree, and gave me a quote. Honestly, it was several hundred dollars cheaper than I thought it would be (don't use that as an excuse to raise prices, Joe!) and I hired them right then and there. Manny told me his crew would come out the next day after lunch, and I made arrangements to take off work to be there while they were trimming. The next morning, they called me at work at 9:45 in the middle of a meeting and told me that the crews were there, but the gates were locked. Umm, yeah, guys - that's because you told me you'd be there after lunch! I don't mind you getting to me earlier if you can, but if you change the plans, you've got to let me know! That's the reason for the slightly lower rating on punctuality. The crew that came in worked like crazy, and there were soon limbs and leaves falling everywhere. Samuel, the crew supervisor, checked with me every time they had an option about whether to cut or keep a particular limb so that I'd be satisfied with the job. I had them go back and cut a few more limbs that I thought needed to go, and they were cheerful about doing everything I asked. When they got done, those guys were out there with rakes, trash cans, and leaf blowers cleaning up, and when they left you couldn't even tell they'd been there, aside from the fact the trees look 1000% better. I'll hire Joe's again - it's nice to find a company like this that you feel like you can establish a relationship with.

These guys were great. Came out to give us a quote and they were very punctual. They had the best quote and I had them scheduled to come back within a couple of days. The work was awesome. They instantly got to work and before I knew it my entire front yard was full of limbs from where they were cleaning up each and every one of the trees on our front yard (and I have quite a few trees on a sloped front yard). It was so much that I thought they would not be able to haul it away but they did. It made a tremendous difference and would definitely use these guys again (actually do plan on having them do the backyard once my budget allows).

Estimated on Tuesday, trimmed my trees on Wednesday. Very prompt and professional, Joe did exactly what he said they would. Cleaned up well, would use again.

Per the above, the actual work performed was very good.
