+ 0 moreJody was upbeat, friendly, and did a good job. She also cleaned up after herself very well. While she completed both of my jobs in the timeline we agreed upon in the contract, she did have some trouble with workers not showing up and this caused her delays. She was also delayed by the job before mine. I obtained three bids on my jobs and her price was neither the highest or the lowest. Positive: Works hard. Friendly. Does good work. Completed work as agreed upon in the contract. Drawbacks: Delayed by her workers and this made her start later than expected.
Description of Work: I hired Jody to paint the floor of my very large wrap-around porch and to clean and re-stain damaged interior antique window, baseboard and door trim. Jody completed both jobs in the time required.
