+ -1 moreWe had a lot of hassles during the building process. My husband and I came out to the site almost every day. The construction supervisor for about half of the building process was very young and forgetful. He did not take notes. We would give him a list of details that needed to be taken care of, and the list would get lost! Several mistakes were made. The last walk-through before closing was a disaster! Many things were not completed. In spite of these issues, we have liked our home and chose Jimmy Jacobs for his reputation of building quality homes. I'm not sure the quality we got is up to par with previous homes since we've had a number of issues: AC repair, dishwasher repair two times, kitchen faucet replacement and a subsequent repair, spaces under soffitts that allowed rodents to get in attic (repaired by us), cracks all around crown molding, cracks in cabinets that necessitated replacement of cabinet doors.
Description of Work: We had a home built by Jimmy Jacobs. We have been in our home 1 1/2 years. We have had a lot of warranty issues. However, I will say for the most part they have been taken care of promptly. Jimmy Jacobs sold the residential part of his business to Century Homes. I do not know anything abour their services.
