remodeling, chimney repair
 + 0 moreHe does a great job. He does small jobs, and takes a real personal interest in them. I have been really satisfied with him. He normally charges by the hour, plus a ten percent over that for labor, but he only charged me five percent over his hourly rate.
Description of Work: I used Jim Walling to remodel my house. The house was built in 1994, and I had some vaulted ceilings that had cracked, he patched the cracks and matched the trellis on the ceiling. He painted the inside and the exterior of the house, took out a half wall and built in a cabinet for a flat screen TV. He also did some work on my chimney, I had some bricks out, and some water damage on the wood siding, he repaired that. He repaired some flashing on the ceiling where squirrels had invaded my house, he put in metal flashing to protect against the squirrels.
