 + 1 moreSince I had NO experience or knowledge of new home construction, for an additional fee, Jay acted as my project manager and "go-between" during the construction phase between the contractor and myself. He kept tabs on all that was going on and he kept me informed of the construction's progress. The end product is fantastic! I love the design of everything that Jay planned and there were no problems that arose during the construction. I especially appreciate the support he provided to me during the construction.
Description of Work: Jay designed plans for an addition to my existing home. To my home - an office, mud-room, 2-car garage, and a separate, but attached 2bdrm, 1.5 ba, apartment was created. He was professional, prompt and very accesable whenever I had any questions.
