Description of Work: Jason helped us rent our house. He found the renter, communicated with them and us, put together a contract and got it signed. Great realtor. In 2008 he also helped us find and buy this house. Works on commission.

His ability to interpret what the homeowner wants and what the buyer needs, allowed another successful and timely home sales, by Juice Realty. Jason provided home preparation strategies, staging suggestions by a professional stager beautifully done staging photography and printed brochures and mailed flyers, regarding home sales. Along with this, he provided us with a tangible, "hard copy" of a helpful timeline, to help keep us focused on the arduous task of moving, nearly 23 years of collected stuff, across the U.S. He dialogued with us when we were out of town, about our successful offers and walked us through the "legal speak" of our eventual selected buyer. His involvement, after our home sales, to help us with paperwork scanning, necessary for our new home purchase( 2000+) miles away, speaks of his customer commitment! Hey! This gentleman needs to be cloned!
Description of Work: Jason Heffron of Juice Realty is superb! His assistance and guidance, through the marketing and sales process of our home, afforded us the opportunity to make wise choices step by step. Jason listened to our expressed goals and provided his expertise as a realtor and broker, to make those goals attainable.
