Audie did a great job pricing the job and answering any questions. Frank and his install team did a great job while they were here and kept me up-to-date on a daily basis. Frank took care of my concerns when the job was almost done beyond my expectations. The house looks great and will get at least another 35 years out of the siding.

I have needed to replace my siding for a couple of years, particularly in the front gable where squirrels had damaged the masonite the builder used. We also wanted to replace the windows on the back of the house to something more efficient. Due to working from home, we decided to proceed with our project. I contacted Audie and he promptly provided me an initial quote based upon photos I had sent. Being a procrastinator, I didn't do anything for a few weeks, but decided to move forward and got a couple of other quotes during this time. I had narrowed it down to JASB and one other contractor and contacted Audie to make sure his quote was still valid. At that time we scheduled an in-person walk around so he could see what I wanted done. He explained everything that they would do and I asked him to do some additional items that weren't on the original quote. I was quickly provided with an updated quote showing the additional work. I chose JASB because I feel more comfortable with Audie than I did with the other provider. Once we proceeded with the project, he kept me informed of scheduling measurements and delivery of the materials. JASB's crew arrived promptly at 8:00 on the scheduled day and went to work. Alex and his crew were great and put up with my OCD at times. During the project, if I had any questions Audie or Alex were quick to answer them. Our project was completed in a timely manner and the crew cleaned up the jobsite completely. I recommend JASB and will definitely use them again for other projects.

My chimney had some water damage to the siding and woodwork. JASB sent out a crew that replaced siding, wood, and painted completely in one morning. Was very pleased with good quality work performed.

From the beginning of the bid process through to the very end of the job, we were amazed at the quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism showed by everyone from ownership to the people doing the work on our house. We were determined to find a contractor that met our standards; they're not very high...just do what you say and show up. To this end, we obtained bids from seven different contractors and though JASB was not the least expensive their professionalism and honesty was apparent from the beginning. The house is over thirty years old and the siding was deteriorated significantly, especially near the ground. We also wanted to replace all of the insulation where the siding was being replaced. Audie(the owner) helped us come up with a specific plan that we could afford and then gave us a time when they could start and they started on time. Here's what Alex(the foreman) and his crew did: Detached and reset all electrical wires, cables, fixtures and boxes. Removed all siding and adjacent trim from the Right, Left and Back sides of the house. Detached and reattached gutter so fascia could be painted. They also painted the gutter to match the trim. Replaced all existing soffit vents. Replace 40 linear feet of rotted framing. Installed R15 insulation where R13 insulation existed and added R15 insulation where there was none.. Installed moisture/ radiant barrier where siding was replaced. Taped all seams of moisture barrier with 2" seam tape. Installed 4" sealant tape around windows and doors. Installed Primed Hardie 8.25" Select Cedarmill horizontal lap siding planks where siding was removed. Installed Primed Hardie 3/4" Rustic Trim for frieze, corner, window and door trim. Removed and replaced 3 pieces of damaged soffit from the eaves under the back patio roof. This was originally quoted as 2 pieces but they found another one and replaced it without being prompted to do so. Caulked all repairs with elastomeric caulk. Prepped and power washed all areas to be painted. Applied 2 coats of paint to the entire house. They also did a fantastic job on our patio cover which is homemade and not very well done. They fixed a leak that had been there for years and we have no more leaks and can enjoy the patio again. This was the best experience we have had with any company we have asked to help us fix up our old house. Our house looks brand new!

We had JASB Roofing & Exterior replace several areas of frieze that were damaged by squirrels, as well as a few shingles that were also damaged. Audie was very responsive, responding within 30 minutes of our online request. He explained why the damage occurred to the existing masonite, and recommended a much better solution that will prevent the problem from recurring. His estimate was very reasonable, and he was able to complete the job in a timely manner which was important to us since we are trying to sell our home. The crew, led by Alex showed up on time and worked throughout the day. They removed the damaged portions of masonite, and replaced them with hardie board pieces in a manner that you can't even see where the joints are. They caulked and painted the areas to match the existing trim. The job was completed on schedule and the house looks better than it has in years. Although their bid was the highest of three I got, when Audie came out with one of his supervisors I was very impressed with the their grasp of of the underlying problems and what was needed to eliminate them. Their crew came a week or so later (it had been raining) and were finished in about a day and a half. They did an excellent job. No complaints.
