It was ok, but timelines were never observed, estimates/invoices were in short supply, and communication only worked if contractor was tracked down. Promises by this contractor were seldom observed. I was very understanding of supply chain problems and labor shortages during the pandemic. He was charming (why he was hired), but follow through left me tired, frustrated, and sad. I do not recommend.

Products ordered arrived in a timely manner. Work was completed with little or no disruption. They would be my first choice for future projects. They get a '10' in my book.

After builder grade windows were installed during the construction of our farmhouse style house we realized that we needed and wanted windows and doors with much better efficiency and quality and more in keeping with the style of the house. Randolph was extremely helpful in educating us and helping us choose the most efficient windows/doors appropriate for our house. What we didn?t expect was his resourcefulness and attention to detail regarding the style of windows/doors. He had specific suggestions, sent photos and worked closely with us to achieve the look that we wanted. We are so happy with the end result and the look and feel of the entire house is so much nicer. Installation was well managed and any questions or concerns we had was resolved. We are very satisfied with the performance and quality of our new windows and doors. We have been and continue to be impressed with Randolph?s professionalism, his concern for our needs as customers and his positive, ?take care of things? attitude. We highly recommend his services. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Jarrett Industries worked with us on look and budget constraints to replace all windows in our home. Randolph was always accessible to answer any questions and provided the experience and knowledge we needed to ease the stress of a renovation project. The windows were installed in one day in the original week projected. The crew was courteous and respectful and left the house clean when they were finished.

Great company with which to work. This is my second house to have windows redone with Jarrett. These guys are trustworthy, do what they say they are going to do and rapidly follow up with any/all questions and requests. Their sales process/pricing is straight forward with no undo pressure. It has been a year now and am very pleased with the workmanship, installation and quality of the windows. If i need windows again, they will get the call. I highly recommend.

Randolph did a fabulous job. He bought in several style of windows and went over in detail the quality. The windows we selected were triple pane and cost a third of what another firm wanted for half the windows. Out energy bill dropped a couple of hundred dollars after the installation. The doors were really amazing and once in place looked even better than we expected. We ended up doing some major changes to the outside of the house to go with the windows and doors. Exterior paint, new roof and new gutters were all installed. This extra work was not done by Randolph or his team but he worked with us to make sure all the elements were color coordinated, he has a real eye for it. Once complete the house looked unbelievable. I really couldn't recommend him enough.

Great! It was scary seeing the front of my house being opened up, but the team was fast & professional. We would use them again for the rest of our home renovations.

Buying windows and doors for our home was not a purchase we were necessarily looking forward to. However, Randolph made the experience actually enjoyable and kept us very involved in the whole process. He showed us different styles of windows and guided us to do something spectacular. Other window companies came in and told us everyone was doing windows without the colonial lights and honestly, that is what we assumed we would do. Randolph drew different ideas for us to choose from and showed us color samples and hardware choices. We had no idea what kind of door we wanted for our front door. We weren't sure which style fit out home and how far we could push our house to a more modern look. We trusted him to pick a door design that would fit our needs. We couldn't be happier with how the final design turned out. After the windows and doors were installed neighbors kept stopping by to tell us what a phenomenal job we had done improving the curb appeal of our house. We even had one neighbor comment that she was excited that someone in the neighborhood finally did something different and new design wise. Our windows are definitely not the standard or expected design that most of our other neighbors are gravitating to. All windows are triple insulated and gas filled. Randolph has many window factories he works with and was able to select the right window to meet our budget/needs. We can definitely see the difference in the energy bills. In addition, we live on the main road which can be quite loud. However, since the window install we no longer hear cars driving by and the glare from passing headlights has been resolved. If had to give a negative, I would say is that it took a bit longer than my wife was hoping it would.
