Description of Work: What we wanted presented several very particular issues regarding selection and placement of a television, DVD player, antenna needed for radio reception, a product for wifi access, wiring and sound, including a remote headphone system for hearing when television sound is lowered, and a simplified remote control. Jamie Duplichan patiently and efficiently resolved them all. He found a great bargain on the larger flat screen television we wanted, as well as a DVD player and Apple TV, then researched, located and helped us choose between several sound systems, did the necessary wiring to place speakers where we wanted them (which involved some drilling and pulling wires behind the wall) and then did additional research to help us find the remote headphone system. Then, when we needed his help while we were learning the system, he responded at all hours and later came back to meet with the Time-Warner serviceman to make sure we are getting the service to which we are entitled.
