The combination of components in our system made it difficult for the universal remote to work on all of them in a consistent manner. It was also a challenge to get the wireless headphones to work with all the different options. But, Jamie stuck with it, even coming out a second time to make everything was working well. Even in a difficult situation, he kept a positive attitude. His focus is on getting it right and making his customers happy.

He is fabulous all around. His price, quality, and everything all around was fabulous. He charges by the hour basically. Everything was great and I will continue to use him.

I called Jaime and he tried to perform some basic diagnostics over the phone (how great is that?). After this didn't work, he asked if he could fit me into his schedule over the next 3 days, to which I was more than happy to agree. True to his word, Jaime called me within the 3 days and asked if he could come out (yes, asked me - he always asks). He arrived in a few minutes and we went straight to the problem. Not only did he fix the issue (the remote was using the wrong input mode), but he asked whether he could change a few other configurations to improve the picture quality. All in all, he was here about 25 - 30 mins and I'm happy, happy, happy! Jaime gave me his card and told me to call him (the only "told" in the entire experience) if I had any problems, at any time. Jaime's a pro and a gentleman. I'd go back to him for anything electronics related, and highly recommend him.

The person who came out was nice and very professional. They were kind of expensive, though. I didn?t like the price.

Jamie installed my television components last August, and came back to add a Wii into the system. He came when I needed him, despite feeling ill. Great to work with!

Jaime came to my house promptly and on time, inspected the area where I wanted to hang the TV, made suggestions for what I was planning, and then sent me a bid the next day. He was also very helpful with choices of TV. He did the job within the time estimated, programmed the TV along with the cable box, receiver, blue ray player and remote. He is informative, professional, and his work was perfect. I highly recommend him.

When I called, he took time to talk with me about my setup. He called the day before the appointment to affirm the date and change the time?not to a later time, but a sooner time (a first in my repair-call experience). He arrived right on the dot, took a few minutes to reconnect the system, then spent some time testing the different functions, adjusting the controls, explaining the remotes, and introducing me to DVR, which I hadn't ever used. In a half hour, he was done. The charge was $0; the $50 coupon offered to Angie's List subscribers accounted for that. If he comes back, of course, he'll charge, and if anything else goes awry, I won't hesitate a minute before I call him again. I would recommend Jamie to anyone who needs help with electronics. Thank goodness the concept of real service is still alive and well in Austin.

Everything was great. I spoke to Jamie on the phone and we met the next day to go over the project. He had several excellent suggestions. The job was started soon after that and completed in a short amount of time. There were no surprises. I couldn't be happier with the work performed.

Jamie showed up on time, worked around my schedule as I was only available after 4 pm the day on the installation. He gave me the option of purchasing the speakers or speaker wire through him, or indepdently. I chose to buy my speakers from an online retailer and the speaker wire from Jamie. He was very cool with that and didn't try to push me either way. If I ever move, I'll be calling Jamie again to use his services. If I build a new house, he's definately the man to pre-wire my whole house for sound and data. Thanks Jamie.

I have a nonmainstream TV, and Jamie did the research to familiarize himself with its peculiarities. He configured the TV and components to work in a convenient way, despite the lack of the TV remote. He explained in terms I could understand why he did what he did, and he was very helpful in answering questions. There was a minor problem, and he was very responsive about correcting it. He was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. He's my man for the next system.

He was very, very good. He had to come out twice to do all of the work. He got remotes for me and installed them. He got prices, made comparisons, downloaded all of the information on his laptop. He also did work for my step son and did excellent work there, too. His labor prices were exceptionally reasonable, I think he has a deal where you pay $99 for the initial visit where he goes over things and works on your requests and then that amount is applied is you have a whole lot of work to be done.

Excellent service. Jamie looked at our current system and diagnosed the issues completely. He explained the terminology and differences between products to help us sort out what we needed to fit our budget. He showed us where we could go to get each component to save the most money. The savings from his advice more than paid for his service I highly recommend him. We were very pleased with his service.

I called Jamie and told him over the phone what I was thinking. We schedule a consultation, and he came to my home where he clearly and simply laid out my options. When he gave me a ballpark price, I felt it was more than I wanted to spend, so he came up with some ways to save me a little money (i.e. not using wall mount speakers, different remote, etc.) We scheduled a date for him to come back (only two days later), and the work was done in under four hours. He even assembled my media cabinet for no additional cost.

It went great. He showed up right on time and we discussed how the installation should proceed. He gave me tips and ideas to help save money on the job. That was just unbelieveable! He worked steadily and professionally and even set up the tv, wii game, cable, etc. and made me a chart to show what remote would do what with regard to the workings of all of it. I really appreciated everything he did.

From the time we called Jamie until the job was done, he was friendly, professional, timely, helpful and thorough. We highly recommend him.

Jamie was great! He worked with me to spec components for a system that met our budget and was invaluable in indicating ways we could save money as well as pointing out areas in which we might want to concentrate our budget based on our requirements. We bought some equipment from him, but he had no trouble with us getting most of it elsewhere (because we could get it tax-free, with no shipping). He installed and connected everything in less time than he had budgeted, showed me how to operate everything, plus was happy to answer my questions after the install. We were very, very pleased and would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Everything went very well with this installation. Consultation was thorough and the contractor did everything he could to keep costs down, while getting a very good quality system in place. Installation was done in a very courteous manner, making sure any messes were minimized. Contractor was very willing to answer any and all questions.

I called Jamie to get an estimate on running wire to a set of speakers in the rear of our living room. Jamie not only gave me several options available which he could help with, but also told me an inexpensive way to do it myself using some flat cable designed to go under the carpet which I had purchased earlier. I ended up doing it myself, with the help of someone to restretch the carpet, which was much less expensive than a theater installer. I will use Jamie in the future when I move to a larger theater install upstairs.

Jamie did a great job. The space I wanted to install the components was small, and he made it fit and look great.
