+ -1 moreBased on my description of what was happening, our failing washing machine's error message and his experience with that make of washing machine Mr. Gilbert was able to give me his assessment of what was likely to need to be repaired and how much it would cost to do that repair. I really appreciate the assistance he gave me in determining whether it made sense to repair a washing machine that had this big a failure when it was not all that old.
