Description of Work: I wrote a previous report. I need to change it; there is no follow-up customer support here. I got a rug from Cindy that is falling apart, threads keep emerging, DESPITE using the right kind of vacuum, etc. She's done her best to dodge this bullet. She just won't followup. I find this unacceptable. I have spent a lot of money with her (ON MANY ITEMS, not just the rug in question) and barely get the time of day back. I emailed her in early April and it's now May and I have only "I'm checking on this, but I have four open houses to stage, so you'll have to wait' responses. Finally, I got a "get the right vacuum" response from her (via the vendor) which I have done from the get go, as I do know how to read the instructions that came with the rug. The rug is not a good one, despite spending $2500 on it. I feel offended by being blown off. No more referrals to Cindy. Sorry! I just spent another $15000 on more furniture and window treatments and didn't use you. I highly recommend that others just go to a furniture store; the help there is without the markup Cindy charges and there's a company behind the sales, so you'll get a response when you have a problem. Quite honestly, I've never had this kind of customer service issue ever... this was disturbing.

Description of Work: Two interior decorators and one office manager, run the show at J. Mayfield Design. I worked with Cindy Brown (and not Julie Mayfield) and was pleased. Cindy is sincere, to the point, efficient, and effective. She picked out wall color paint and a couple of items of furniture for me.
