+ -1 moreI've dealt with J.B. Goodwin twice now leasing houses in Austin. The first time when I first moved to Austin. They were non responsive then and I swore I would never use them again. Time passed and I found a specific property I wanted to lease and they were the agent. Never again. The agent (a different one) was unprofessional, non responsive, and would not take responsibility for his actions causing me multiple unnecessary trips for cashiers checks for various reasons instead of stating the number of checks and how much initially. I'll live in a trailer house before I have anything to do with this company again.
Description of Work: Leasing agent for property owner.
