Description of Work: We had a RAT problem in our garage. It was going to take professionals to rid the garage of the creatures. We had placed traps, etc. Nothing seemed to be working. I actually joined Angie's list to find a reputable pest control company. I made two calls that evening. I called J and J Pest control. It was after hours and had to leave a "call me back" message. They called me back that night and could set a date for me in a couple of days. The woman on the phone really knew her business, what to do, what I should do and how to solve the problem. The gentleman came out and set traps for me in five different places. The cost was very reasonable, the representative was right on time and had called me telling me he was on the way. He took his time, went over the property, decided what was the best plan of action and went about setting 5 traps outside and one in the garage. I haven't seen any signs of a rat since. They will come back in a month and either restock the traps or take them away. I am very pleased, very pleased with the company. I have already passed their name on to two people.
