+ -1 moreThey did fine. I've been doing business with them for 20 years. They have installed carpet and shampooed carpet. I would recommend them. They are good.

+ -1 moreThey did a really good job. They were great. I would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of J & F Carpet. They did carpet cleaning and installation. They did carpeting for three rooms. J & F Carpet sold carpets and carpet remnants. For two rooms I got remnants, for the third room I wanted a specific thing and I got that from another provider. They installed it all. They also did a couple of carpet cleaning. I had these big floor rugs; they came and wrapped them up. They did a real complete cleaning, where they cleaned and stretched it and let it dry for few days. It was not that they came in, steam cleaned and left it wet. They took it and went away and came back re-stretched. The last time I used their services was two years ago. I spent under a $1000 for the job done.

+ -1 moreThese guys are professional and take pride in their family business. When I called them, they made an appointment to meet at my home with carpet samples based on my needs. He offered a range of carpet from low to high end but didn't try to sell me the more expensive stuff nor did he suggest that the less expensive option was of poor quality. I appreciated that. He measured the areas that needed to be replaced and talked me thru my pad options. He turned around a quote by the next day. They offered the best price by far and I spent a good deal of time researching several area competitors. The gentlemen that arrived to install the carpet were also in the family. They arrived on time, moved furniture as needed, installed whole house carpeting in 2 days and cleaned up after themselves. They also offered 12 month 0% financing which was helpful. I got a new pad and great carpet installed in my 1700 sq. ft. home for $2500 total. A really good deal. Highly recommend these guys. They are friendly, know their business, and are legit.
