I called Saturday morning and he asked if he could come by that afternoon. He was very nice on the phone. He was running 10 minutes late and he called to let us know which I appreciated. He was very efficient. The price was fair. He fixed the problem quickly.

Jose arrived on scheduled day, listened to what had taken place with the computer necessitating me calling for his services. He went through the system, restoring and moving data to correct locations. Tried to get printer to work however could not that day, made arrangements to come back next day. The next day he arrived with printer cable and a new printer parallel port. He checked cable by using his and determined that mine was good this left the parallel port and its associated program as bad. He disaaembled computer, installed new PCB card and reprogrammed computer and checked printer, which now worked fine. I also asked him to look at wife?s notebook computer with which she was having troubles. He restored her e-mail accounts and checked operation of he computer. Explained operation and informed he would return if she did not like the new computer programmed operation. During the entire time frame over a period of days he acted professionally, and demonstrated a high degree of knowledge regarding compute operation
