+ -1 moreI'm not a PC novice, but when every trick I knew left me unable to read a hard drive with all my personal data -- financial records, photos, emails, etc. -- IT Data Recovery was able to diagnose the problem (too many bad sectors) and recover 99.9999% of the data. (I still haven't found the missing 0.0001%). They were professional, informative, and understanding. While the price ($600 plus $59 for a new hard drive) was more than I would have liked, it was a fair tradeoff for the many, many hours I would have had to spend manually re-entering several months of data.

Description of Work: I accidentally formatted my external USB hard drive and wiped out all of my data. I called IT Data Recovery and they successfully recovered my lost data.
