+ 0 moreOnly thing I would recommend is get a copy of the first estimate in your hand before vendor leaves.. I was shown a price, and told it would be emailed to me.. but it never was... in meantime, we did change scope of work.. overall, very pleased.
Description of Work: Cleaned windows (inside and out) and cleaned screens, also power washed driveway, patio, patio furniture, stucco. Will have them back in the spring. This amount included cleaning very high windows and the extensive power washing. Took 2 days as power washed everything, and cleaned some windows, then came back to clean windows close to power washing.

+ 0 moreTwo people came out and it took four hours to complete the job. I have a lot of high and hard to reach windows. I thought they did a good job. They pointed out a couple of windows that have fogging. One of the workers knocked out one of the electronic blinds (the highest). The owner came back out and fixed the blind for us. There was no additional fees for the service. I would recommend them to a friend or family member.
Description of Work: They came out for a bid and the bid was the same as the final bill. They washed the windows and screens and window ledges inside and out.
