Isaiah Tibbs - Terrain Real Estate

I would consider the name Isaiah Tibbs and that of his his two companies (Terrain Real Estate and We Rehab, LLC) as major red flags when purchasing a home in Austin Texas. He and his contractors cut numerous corners when renovating our home. We caught most of the poor and incomplete work (not included in incomplete sellers disclosure) during the inspection but since moving in I discover new examples of poor workmanship each week including unprofessional electrical work, flooring, paint, and fixture installation. Most recently a poorly assembled cabinet spontaneously fell apart creating a significant safety hazard for my infant daughter.
