Description of Work: This is a horrible apartment complex. They are mismanaged, with rude, inconsiderate, cold-hearted people. Our son rented an apartment from them for 10 months. He came in and gave a verbal notice of leaving at which point any decent employee would tell you it needs to be in writing and remind you of this requirement. Instead they did nothing, also knowing he is first time renter 19 years old, kind and inexperienced. So when it came time to move a month before we found out that they would not accept the verbal, that now the rent went month to month for 60 days, which went from 440 to 650. We were told we have to leave the water and electric on until end of his lease. He moved out end of July this year but they would not budge, would not give one decent , human, kind assistance. Did not even try to rent it so we could retrieve some of our money because they wanted the larger 650 amount from us. All in all it was a horrible place,they rarely fixed any of his requests. They were poorly maintained. He was charged for a pool that never was repaired and functional until he left 10 months later. Just wanted to let anyone know in Austin,TX never to rent from this place.
