I am still trying to figure out where the "integrity" comes in with Joseph Wilson's company "Integrity Tile". I was taken for $200.00 dollars and never given a contract until payment was due. Joe was initially friendly when he gave me an estimate for my re-model. It included painting my porcelain tub, finishing a bar top in the kitchen, adding a vent to a utility room and laying wood floors in a 400 sq ft area with base boards and crown molding. The total estimate for his services was $1350.00 and I would supply all materials. Unfortunately, Joe became less friendly and less professional as the job progressed. He did not start the job when promised and was often days late. He also became increasingly more difficult to reach on his phone. He promised to provide a contract with his guarantee of work, but didn't supply it until after the work was completed and "forgot" to include his warranty. He promised e-mailing information but repeatedly failed to follow through stating that his website was down or his computer wasn't working. He also told me that he would be doing most of the work, but I later discovered he did close to none of the work and the people he had working for him told me this was their first job with Joe and they didn't know him very well - not the same information he gave me. He asked for reimbursement of materials he purchased, however could not supply me the receipts. He did not complete the job as I became aware of his duplicitous behavior. The final straw was that after i over paid Joe by $200 dollars & was aware of it-he failed to return my money or provide the work he promised. Luckily two of the guys working for him on my job were honest and they completed the work. Austin is a small town & coincidentally I ran into Joe at a gas station a week later and had to confront him in order to get my $200.00. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my experience with "Integrity Tile" or Joe Wilson and cannot recommend his services.
