+ -1 moreWe hired this company to fix a leak that was coming down into our office. The entire roof was replaced to fix the problem. When the leak continued a couple of times the source could not be found. Finally one worker said it was caulking in a window and offered to fix it. I assumed this was part of the warranty and did not expect to pay. When I was confronted with a bill for 80 dollars I was upset it was a job I would have easily done myself. I did not want to pay. His boss was very upset with me and threatened to sue me and told me to never call his company again and he was revoking my warranty. I feel terrible for the worker he was a very nice guy and I wish I had just paid him but emotions got in the way. I would not use this company again even for warranty work.

+ -1 moreWe are still looking and haven’t done anything yet. The estimate amount was about $14000. They were very nice when they came out. They came out immediately just as soon as we needed them; we were in the middle of an inspection to buy a house. But we felt that it was a little high and we still are getting estimates from other people. Our overall experience with the estimate process was excellent. Their price was too high. I am sure that they came down a lot, but we did not use them.
Description of Work: Integrity Roofing & Construction gave me an estimate in August for a roof.

Description of Work: We contacted several roofing companies and chose Integrity due to their kind salesmen Jason Best and his professionalism. The overall transaction went smoothly but when we did have problems the owner Casey downplayed the issues in an effort to not repair the work. We initially had two problems right out of the gate. The first was a lousy repair of a large opening above the front door. The second took place a few months afterwards. A large portion of roof decking that had water damage was not replaced (as was contractually agreed upon) and was just nailed down and covered over. That section popped up and the worker that they sent out resisted replacing the sheathing again and it was only with persistence that we prevailed in getting it repaired. The third issue has been on going. About ten areas of our shingles are cupping. I contacted Casey three times. Never with a reply. I contacted our salesmen Jason who had moved on to other work and he contacted me immediately. Casey eventually called not knowing that I had called Jason and flat out lied about not getting my messages. I knew he had gotten them because he had called Jason to discuss the issues. Casey argued, excused his company from responsibility even with our alleged five year warranty and my wife and I are now left to repair the roof again!

+ 0 moreAll work was high quality.We love the end product and have received compliments from friends and neighbors. During the work, the site was kept neat. Crew worked hard and they were always polite and considerate. The owner presented design choices that met our overall objectives (low maintenance, keep sunlight coming into family room). Work started about 2 weeks later than expected because it took longer to get required permits and they had many other jobs that they were completing. Due to a long wet period, the construction took longer than expected. They answered phone questions quicker than email questions.
Description of Work: They built us a large deck of composite materials and extended the roof of the house out to cover a large portion of the deck. They put skylights in the roof extension. They also did some interior work where they removed carpet and replaced it with ceramic tile and repaired a cracked kitchen ceiling.

+ -1 moreIt went perfectly. They cleaned everything. They even did things (such as put flashing around pipes coming out of the roof) that weren't done before.
Description of Work: This is the best roofing company I have ever dealt with. Their crew is extremely professional and pay attention to detail. This was an insurance claim and B**** dealt with everything. I can't say enough good things about this company. The headquarters are in Austin, but the number is not long distance. All you hav e to do is dial the number without a 1. It took them 3 days, but every thing was done with extreme care. You won't regret using this company.

+ -1 moreI contacted them through servicemagic.com and overall was very pleased. They came out one day after I called them to provide an estimate. They were very professional in the way that they worked with the insurance claims adjuster and the communication with me. In addition to the work, I paid them to install a TV antenna. I'm pleased with the roof. One bush is damaged, but otherwise, they handled the cleanup and protection of the area fairly well.
Description of Work: They replaced a hail-damaged roof and gutter system on our house. I requested a couple of upgrades - a "lifetime" roof and more gutters on the sides of the house.
