+ -1 moreThey are for the most part very helpful. We are on their elite service plan, so if we call them ahead we get a loaner car. Their prices are not bad for the service and they do a good job. If we have a trouble, they are very attentive to helping us. The price they charge us depends on the service performed or provided. We pre-paid for the elite plan when we purchased our car, so when the service fees go up, we don’t get charged anymore. This plan also entitles us to a loaner car and they really work with us, so we have been real pleased with them.
Description of Work: We use Infinity Auto Sales for auto service. The last time we used them was probably in November for a 6000 mile service.

+ -1 moreThe service representative, Nick, was very helpful. He was also very pleasant to speak with and was not at all pushy about suggesting any extra services which I did not request. The service area is always so neat and clean.
Description of Work: I took my 2006 Infinity M35 to the shop because the seat belts were not retracting correctly, which was causing them to get caught in the door. It took them about 2 days to finish the repairs.
