Independent Mortgage

i joined Angie's list recently to look for a good carpet install company... and I just had to share what an amazing experience I had with Independent Mortgage on my home loan refinance. Their mortgage broker, Pash, worked with me closely to understand my current situation and my goals. She was extremely knowledgable - able to answer all my questions - and put together several options for me (15 yr vs 30, rolling in closing costs vs not, etc). After explaining the finer points of each option, we went with the one that worked best for me. I felt completely comfortable with her right away and that continued thru the process. Start to finish, she was responsive, with a great sense of humor - she really made it a great experience! She made sure the loan processed perfectly, and as fast as possible... and made sure I got the best deal (and it was GREAT - 300 dollars a month savings!!). We closed in less than a month and I was THRILLED. I would most definitely use Independent Mortgage again.
