 + -1 moreWe didn't make the choice to use them; the sellers selected the title company and we just showed up. They were there and they did the job; we had no problems. I don't have anything to compare the price to; I assume it was average for the area. I needed to contact them beforehand and they responded very quickly. They were late for our meeting.
