IMAGE TILE & CARPET

The job went bad when they over estimated the job. They made me buy all this extra tile that I didn t even need, that I still have. The guys that came worked extremely slow and tried to leave without finishing because they had another job to go to. I had to argue with the managers for them to stay and finish. The day they were supposed to be here, they didn't show up and I had to call them and they didn't come until the next day. They didn't finish on time and the whole experience was horrible. They were not very knowledgeable at all.

Experience was terrific! I was not happy with the fact they wanted the full payment prior to installation. I looked up the company on Angie's list while the representative was in my house and found one report for a location that was awful though the other locations were good. I showed the report to the rep. and we agreed I would pay 2/3 in advance and the final 1/3 after installation. They did an incredible job! Fast, efficient, professional and very very careful. They cleaned up carefully as they went along. They were at my house by 10 am the day they had said they would be there and were gone by 4 pm. I watched them match the carpet at the edges with some of my carpet I was not replacing and they did a very careful job to be sure it was perfect. I couldn't have been happier. The carpet is beautiful and I would never have known to get the odor eater carpet and the pad that prevents liquids from soaking into the pad without the rep, who was excellent as well. They have my vote!

We finally settled on an amount when I threatened to call the Attorney General. This has been filed with the BBB. My experience was horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The carpet looked as good as it did when we first had it installed when they were all done. They worked fast and they didn t make any mistakes. Their price was very low for the amount of work they did. We were very satisfied with these guys.

Image Tile & Carpet had sold us a superior quality of laminate flooring. The installation was neat, and they were very timely. They were competitive with their rates. They had to wrap the laminate around our stair steps, which I thought would be a problem, but they did an excellent job.
