IESI - Progressive Waste Solutions

I called repeatedly to fix this and was told that the driver was the same and they would pick up my garbage within 24 hours. This went on for almost 10 weeks! After finally talking the dispatcher it turned out there was a new person who couldn't find my home. As soon as I gave detailed directions, my collection started up again immediately. However, they told me they would credit my account for the time missed and send out a new bill. They never sent out an adjusted bill and because I was waiting for a new bill to pay, they stopped my service. I can't say how disgusted I am with this company.

6 months of service so far. Every quarterly bill has risen. Must pay for recycling trash.

For garbage collection I use IESI. The charge is every 3 months and it used to be almost 90 dollars but now it is 68 dollars. They provide a discount for older people, retired older people. They are fairly reliable. Most of the while, I don't know what the reason might have been but they didn't come by to pick up the trash, sometimes it is an issue with their trucks but that is not very often. It is just once in a while. I wouldn't change anything right now but maybe if they provided recycling services which they don't would be the one thing that I would change. I like the discount that they offered. Sometimes they haven't showed up or they might come a day later. Sometimes they come mid morning and sometimes they come in the afternoon.
