+ 1 moreHe did a great job both times. He took particular care to make sure every detail was attended to. The painting job was difficult, because the loft has high ceilings and stained concrete floors, which had to be protected. He even did some cleaning up after a messier paint job last time.
Description of Work: During two calls, repaired kitchen drawers, then painted the interior of an urban loft we own.

+ 1 moreWe hired Hyland initially to smooth out a few of our ceilings. Although others tried to talk me into doing some form of texture, Hyland put on a smooth surface with no trouble. He did such a great job we had him do 90 percent of the ceilings in our house. Due to the quality of his work and his reasonable price, we had him paint the place and were not disappointed. Then we hired him to wall in a closet and build a ceiling over an air vent we had put in under a stairway. All the work was done to the highest standard and we were more than satisfied. I would recommend Hyland to anyone. In addition to being an honest and nice guy, I would wager that there isn't a better drywall and surfacing guy out there. We definitely have more work for him when we get the money.
Description of Work: Popcorn removal and drywall repair, resurfacing, floating and taping. Painting, sanding and framing. Closet door built over and soffit built around extended air duct.
