Showed up and did an outstanding job. I was not at home, but they fixed the problem with our garage door, replaced not only the rollers but parts of the sensing system so that the garage doors work like new.

Easy to schedule appointment, arrived on time, easy to talk to, answered any questions I had, did all the usual garage door tune-up items (replaced rollers, greased chain drive, lube hinges, adjust tension, adjust safety return and examined checked the rest of the door functionality), worked was performed promptly and professionally.

I was convinced by my spouse that our garage door was broken for weeks. When the repair person arrived, he gently explained that there was not actually a problem and he lined up the sensors. Not only was he professional, courteous, and good humored, he did not charge me for the house call, gave me tips on how to keep my garage door running smoothly, and offered possible areas to watch out for in the future. I will be calling them should I have any other garage door issues.

Had a great experience with this company. I called to receive an estimate on my broken garage door opener. The technician promptly called to set up an appointment to come look at the unit that afternoon. The estimate did not cost anything, and he was honest about the differences between the different garage door openers (he didn't necessarily recommend the most expensive type.) I was able to schedule the installation within the next couple of days at a time that was convenient for me. The installation went quickly and rather quietly! I'd recommend this company.

The individual I spoke with on the phone to set up the appointment was friendly, professional and spoke as if he was the owner-he seemed very genuine over the phone so I was delighted with the technician who performed our repair demonstrated the same level of care. He educated my husband and myself about how to better care for the doors. Very friendly and professional company that offered a very reasonable price. I would call them again without hesitation.

They provided excellent communication on exactly when they would arrive. Showed up and worked fast and had the job done within 30 minutes. The garage door was very loud and squeaky before they came (I could hear it throughout the house). After they came I am not able hear the door open or shut unless I am close by.

I had an 8-year-old garage door opener that would randomly open. This was a problem because we might not be home or in the middle of the night, our garage door would open exposing the stuff we kept in the garage. I called around and asked what this might be. Several people told me it was the circuit board and that it was easy to replace. I found one for my model garage door opener online, ordered it and installed it. Unfortunately, the door then seemed to be "off" and it wouldn't open all the way as if it thought it was hitting something on the way up or that it's limits weren't set properly. I tried to adjust to no avail. Hutchins ran an Angie's List "Big Deal" to inspect your garage door opener and make any adjustments needed as well as give new rollers. I called the before purchasing and asked if fixing this problem I had was covered under the big deal and told them what kind of garage door opener I had. They said that it would be covered. I went ahead and bought the deal and scheduled service. The person who came out said he wasn't familiar with my type of garage door opener, looked at it, fooled with it a little bit and said the garage door opener was broken. He also didn't seem to think that this issue was covered by the deal. He said I needed a new opener. At this point, I had two options - argue that they lied to me and try to get my money back or get a new garage door opener with them. They said they'd apply the price I paid for the deal to the cost of the opener. I had been fooling with this garage door for two weeks and just relented and had them replace it. I feel like it was more expensive than I should have paid, however. The work was done well and the door has worked since. The service person was nice and professional. On the other hand, I can't help but feel that I was snookered a bit. As if they knew they could try to get me to buy an entirely new opener rather than fix the one that was there. It just felt like a bait and switch and it's never sat well with me. Furthermore, Hutchins doors is another name for Cedar Park Overhead. Cedar Park Overhead owns several names and depending on how you find them, they just write the invoice on a paper with the name that you found them under. So if you're looking up reviews for Hutchins, make sure you also look up reviews for Cedar Park Overhead.

Very good experience. When I called for an appointment they were able to accomadte the day I wanted. Technician called about 30 minutes before he arrived - with that type of service I could have been at work and come back home in time for his arrival. Technician was very pleasant, explained the process, let me know how often/when I should get more preventative maintenance done. He also provided a receipt for the work. Fast service! I'll use these guys again.

Called me ahead of time to let me know when they would arrive. They arrived when they said they would and got the work done promptly.

It went fine. They were very good. I appreciate it. It it was better than the one before. It was much smoother and quieter and worked more efficiently.

This was a great deal - I was very pleased with the work provided. When I asked questions he answered from his obvious wealth of expertise and experience; when I asked for him to walk me though the proper procedures for maintaining my garage door rollers, he readily agreed. He was quite professional and friendly.

the job went well, in general. the only problem was that the installer didn't know that the keypad he was installing only could open one door, and not both. He did tell me that when he found out and gave me the option to have him stop, but I went ahead and let him finish the work.

The down side was the confusion about arrival time. However, after that everything really went great. I have a very old garage door that had many more rollers to be changed than what the newer doors require. Who knew there was a difference? The tech called the office, sent pictures to show the unusual aspect of my door, got permission to install the extra rollers, did a good job and was apologetic about the late arrival. I am pleased with the work.

The service man came on time , exchanged the old worn out rollers with new ones and oiled it's roller tracks. The service itself did not take very long, maybe 20 Minutes. The garage door has a much more quiet sound now when in operation, opening and closing it.

Matt came out on time and walked me through everything that was going to be performed. The work was done with good quality and Matt also replaced the bottom seals on both of our garage doors as one was beginning to stick. Matt left his contact information and I needed to call him a few days later for some minor tweaks and he came out quickly to address the items that needed correcting. My experience was great and I will call in the future for any garage door needs.

I bought the deal for new rollers and maintenance on my garage door which turned out not to be a deal at all. Because I did not need rollers, I could have paid $49 instead of $87. I thought he did a good job for what he did (20-30min) and have used this company and will use this company in the future. They scheduled me the next day and came out exactly when they said the would. They were punctual and considerate. I just think you have to do your homework and call the company before you purchase and angie's deal to make sure you need or can use the offer.
