They are good people. I did not choose them because the price is a bit high . They were very very good. I would highly recommend. They are honest and straight- forward. They are knowledgeable.

I scheduled online on July 27, 2014 for junk removal at my home. I received the following e-mail: Here are your estimate appointment details for junk removal Date: 08-30-2014 Start Time: 11:00 AM End Time: 1:00 PM Junk Type: Assorted household or office junk, Furniture, Yard Waste Notes: Service Area: AUSTIN When I called this morning to confirm the appointment, they said there was no such appointment on their schedule. I told them I could forward the confirmation e-mail to them and they said it wouldn't matter because they didn't have me on their schedule and they didn't have time to add me. BAD, BAD, BAD customer service. Should have offered something, anything. I will tell everyone, starting with Angie's List about their poor customer service!

My family and I cleaned the garage since we had a long weekend. Didn't really know just how much junk we had until we rolled it all out and started. Seeing I had a huge mess on my hands, now outside the garage, I got on the internet and scheduled Humpback for the very next day. They came exactly as promised. Called in advance to say they were on the way. Not only took all my junk from the garage, I had them get some things from my yard as well. They couldn't have been more professional and kind. Carried it all away and to disperse to all the appropriate places. This company ROCKS!

It was a great experience. The driver called since he could be here early, and the two men went right to work pulling out items and fitting them into the truck like a jigsaw puzzle. Within the hour, the truck was filled, and we were arranging for the company to return tomorrow. We'll have them at least once more after that if the next experience is anywhere near as good as this first experience was.

Went great! Found these guys on Angie's list and they were very responsive to my voicemail. They let me know that it would be a no-obligation estimate and if I was ok with the price they could haul the stuff off right there. They came out and gave me an estimate that I was ok with as it was less expensive than the other options. They were all loaded up in 15 minutes. While going through the payment, I had asked if there was an Angie's list discount, he said no, but they were running a groupon. However, he told me that if he remembered what the groupon was, it wasn't really going to save me any money, so I said fine and paid. I happened to look the next day and saw that the groupon was for exactly the amount they took and it was for $89 instead of 200. I do not for one second think that the employee did it out of trying to cheat me out of anything, I just don't think he knew what the groupon was actually for. I called their office on Monday and explained the situation. They were extremely nice about it and said they would look into it and refund the difference, which they called me back 30 minutes later to verify they had done. I've always been of the impression that balls get dropped, but it's how you pick them up that shows the type of person or business you are. I will absolutely be using Humpback again in the future for any debris hauling needs that might arise.

I give them the highest rating. They had very good follow through. They told exactly when they would be here and were right on time. They did exactly what they were supposed to do and did a great job.

It went well. They were on time, removed item from backyard(over fence)and were quick and professional.

Efficient, very nice personnel, good price. Had a slight miscommunication with time, but worked out. Will recommend to others.

I chose to go with one of the many other hauling companies I called that gave me an exact quote over the phone...since I gave them an exact description of what I needed hauled.

They arrived on time and went straight to work. They were very fast and it was quite impressive how they stacked and squished everything efficiently together in the truck. Linda was amazing - she moved faster than the big burly guy that was with her :) and was up and down the stairs carrying heavy items like nobody's business. She was very inspiring and made me want to get back to the gym! I did not think it would all fit, but they did it. One load, lots of junk but also good furniture to donate. 've read reviews on similar companies saying how they just toss stuff in to take up as much space as possible to charge more, but that was far from the case here. I would highly recommend this company - and ask for Linda!
