+ -1 more* Budget and draw schedule didn't add up correctly. Numerous accounting error. * Communication quickly slacked off to the point of being reprimanded for speaking to sub-contractors while on the job site and spoken down to when asking simple questions. * Excuses for delays became the norm vs providing a solution. Quotes like: "spot on" and "constant communication" where used, but did not come to fruition. * Blamed anyone other than themselves for their lack of building expertise and knowledge.
Description of Work: Commercial construction of our building from site work to finishout.
