Description of Work: I contacted Howard Custom Homes regarding a patio that I was interested in having poured, stamped, stained and sealed. Keith was quick to respond to my request and brought with him an associate to confer with. I found him to be very thorough with the details of how he would accomplish the work. I was on a short time frame and he put together some pricing for me right away. He then followed up with me to see how he could get his pricing closer to what I needed. I chose another patio company based on price. If I had the additional funds, I would have chosen Keith's company as I feel the job would have been done more thoroughly and accurately than what I ended up with. I guess the saying, "you get what you pay for" is true. Based on my experience with Keith, I will definitely consider his company for future work.

Description of Work: Howard Custom Homes has built an office for the institute, wall insulated, strong construction, and profession quality.

Description of Work: Keith rebuilt a burned down duplex unit for me. He was able to handle the entire process from dealing with the city permitting and inspection process. I couldn't have been any happier with the quality of the work, pricing, time-frame for completion and ease of dealing with his company. I also used him on a couple of other jobs from minor trim work, concrete paving, flooring, countertops, a bathroom remodel and some roofing repairs - all done at a reasonable rate and with good quality work.
