His team was helpful getting together all the documentation needed. Houston also helped me through the process of contesting my initial appraisal which at the end was successful. I had used Houston before with my initial home purchase 6 years prior and would use him a third time.

He was always available by phone if we had questions and always very responsive with email. When issues came up with the appraisal, Houston was a steady guide through the process, including arranging a phone call with the appraiser to walk us through the report.
Description of Work: My wife and I worked with Houston a few years ago on a refinance, then again in 2012 when we bought a new house. He arranged the loan for our home purchase along with the other necessary documentation (pre-approval letter, different loan scenarios, good faith estimates, closing settlement statement, etc.)
