We contacted House Check to perform an inspection on a home we were purchasing in Sun City and we needed the inspection completed nearly immediately. Aaron responded to our request quickly and we were able to schedule and complete the inspection quickly. Aaron performed a thorough TREC inspection and provided the report within a few hours. Prior to submitting the report, Aaron walked us through his findings and answered our questions regarding items he would be including in his final report. Unlike most inspectors, this team will get up on to the roof (weather permitting), run a zip level for the foundation, and provide a thorough walkthrough of the findings after the inspection. As a Realtor, this is really important. Highly recommend!
