Description of Work: They did 4 hours of fall landscape clean-up through a Big Deal. Their service was fine. They did a great job.

Description of Work: Andy called my right back after I called him. I had a "Deal" for yard work. We arranged a day/time, his crew arrived on time, worked VERY hard cleaning out all my garden beds. They were well done and nothing was damaged. They hauled away 10 large bags of leaves/debrie. There were an additional 5 bags and the charge would have been $20 for hauling for that - but my friend who agreed to be there when the work was done was not sure whether I wanted to pay the extra so said no. i plan to use Andy again.

Description of Work: This was a "Big Deal" from Angie's List. I contacted Andy and a week later he had not responded. I contacted him again. When he did respond we scheduled an appointment. His servicemen arrived on time. I told them that I wanted my shrubs shaped in a round fashion. It was dark when they left so I could not check their work. The next day I saw that the shrubs were squared off, not rounded as I had requested. I contacted Andy again. He never responded. A deal isn't a deal if the product isn't what you wanted. I am not happy about his lack of response. Too bad, his guys were great. Don't think I'll be using him again. I had 4 hours of fall landscape cleanup. Two guys showed up so I got 2 hours of cleanup with two men. I was confused by the two men for two hours......................this is a bit misleading.
