Painter was always on time and came each day until the job was complete to my satisfaction. Used tarps and cleaned up. Saw no signs of spray or brush cleanup outside. These were all rooms with old carpet that was going to be removed but still used tarps. No paint was tracked down the stairs so would consider them conscience of the home. Beautiful even spray application on walls, cabinets and trim. Some walls were not "cut in" well at the baseboards and I had to request they be re-done. Painter was more than happy to do it to my satisfaction the next day. Purchased paint at contractor's cost. Billed me for everything after satisfied.

This was my first attempt to have work done at my new place. I scheduled him for the weeks right after closing so that the house would be easy to work in while removing the messy popcorn. He didn't cover the floors properly so the carpeted areas were basically ruined. The popcorn may have had the tip scraped off to make a mess, but was not removed. My kitchen cabinets had to be redone as did the popcorn removal to try and correct his mess. Paper stuff was on the doors, the doors were not completely painted on the edges, wood floor suffered holes from his compressor that he did not protect. I have now effective paid triple for what I needed him to do while living in the home! The wood floor must be replaced from the compressor marks, and the carpet as well.
