 + -1 moreIt took months, literally months to get them to fix it. Always promised but never delivered results. They are not customer-oriented in the least, always making excuses, blaming the customer instead of taking ownership of the problem. It was a horrible experience. We also noticed a sign in the front yard of our same neighborhood where the owners apparently also were experiencing the same lousy customer service.
Description of Work: Sprang a water leak in the bathroom, ruined the carpet and baseboard.
