HomeBase is amazing! How else can you describe an organization the helps make affordable homeownership a reality? I was fortunate to purchase a home through the Mueller Affordable Re-sale program. It took several months to find out who I actually needed to talk to about the program, but once I learned that I needed to talk to HomeBase for the information, the awesome staff helped me go from my first inquiry to an accepted sales offer in ONE WEEK. Both Ivette Benitez and Ramon Valeriano helped make an overwhelming process more manageable and less scary. Ivette was my first contact through the process and she was fantastic. She was so kind, patient, and supportive to balance my first-time homebuyer freak outs. She helped explain the program, took me to visit the available homes, and shepherded me through the approval process. Ramon Valeriano came into the process at the offer stage and helped the rest of the way through to closing. I wouldn't own a home without HomeBase and I can't thank them enough!
