Home Envy Design Construction

We paid them in advance $1500. They took it and disappeared for couple of months. We had to send them intent to sue letter. They finally responded and said they can't pay it back all at once and agreed to pay in installments. They paid some of it and stiffed us of the last $400, DON'T HIRE THEM. You will be sending your time chasing them. I didn't have the time or energy to take them to the court. Otherwise, I would have. I owned 3 homes in total and I used several contractors. Some fall short of the promise but once you confront them they generally own and fix the issue. But this company is a fraud through and through. This is my sincere review.

I have worked with Home Envy on multiple projects over the past few years and I would strongly recommend their work. They finished out our garage to be used as an office. They also completed a large renovation of our existing Hyde Park residence, converting our screened in porch into a beautiful conditioned living room, and upgrading our kitchen. On each project, Home Envy did an excellent job of helping us find creative ways to keep costs down and quality up. Like many construction projects we ran into bumps along the road, but they always did their best to find a solution and make it right. I appreciate their approach to building, which leverages their design skills to take projects to the next level. Thanks guys!

I dreamed for years about having my own elegant spa bathroom and when we were finally in the financial position to make my dream a reality, I suddenly got cold feet. They delivered with high standards of craftsmanship. They fulfilled every commitment and they conducted business as respectful business people. I could not have asked for anything more. Working with this couple was a refreshing privilege and I continue to recommend them to all my friends and family.
