Though our home has not yet sold, we still wanted to learn the Austin area, neighborhoods, and housing market. Home City provided us a realtor who specializes in helping out-of-towners. Matt Kinnett far exceeded our expectations. He drove us around Austin and surrounding communities, he explained, he listened, he described, he questioned. He was punctual, articulate, learned and happy to help. Absolutely fantastic. Very professional. Very helpful. He is definitely who we will use when we purchase a home in Austin. I highly recommend his services!
Description of Work: We are from out of state and want to buy a home in the Austin area. The preparation Matt Kinnett of Home City Realty did for our visit was beyond belief including: previewing, photographing, and choreographing the viewings; discussing what constitutes minor or major repairs, how to maintain a foundation, lending options, and most significantly taking the time and energy to show out-of-towners the area. We did not know Austin. Now we have a strong sense of neighborhoods, outlying towns, and thoroughfares. Exemplary customer service!
