HiTouch Design

This was my first remodel as a homeowner and my wife and I deliberated for some time on who to select for the job. We own a 1960's MCM home and had a bit of concern regarding cost control. Larry came recommended to us by a friend who works in a design firm. From the first time I spoke to Larry I was confident that I could trust him and he would do exceptional work. I honor my gut instinct and followed it when it came to hiring HiTouch, and I don't regret it. Larry has great remodel manners (similar to bedside manners for an MD, but for a GC :) ) He understand the impact on you as you're going through a live in remodel and never once did he make me feel that my thoughts or concerns were invalid. He walked me through every part of the process, craftsmanship and construction patiently. Now, onto the remodel itself - we were remodeling our kitchen, laying new floors and inadvertently impacting our living room quite a bit. This project involved adding about 300 sq ft. to my kitchen/living space. In order to achieve this, Larry and his team took up about 1/2 of our converted garage, built the floor up and reconstructed our interior walls. In addition, they built all customer cabinetry, installed backsplash, appliances, electrical, plumbing, lighting, interior aesthetic stone wall, dry wall, insulation and ceiling. They also closed off my previous garage door and installed new siding. Ultimately, the work resulted in completely new interior engineered hardwood flooring, remodeled kitchen, and living room expansion/remodel. It is beautiful! The craftsmanship of Larry and his team was top notch. When it comes to contractors there is a huge risk at getting someone who won't care as much about your vision as they do at completing the job. Ultimately, Larry and his team wanted to make sure that our vision was executed and they took every step to support that goal. I am grateful that Larry was recommended to me, as I believe his level of integrity and professional ethics would not have been replicated throughout the industry.
