They sent out what seems to have been their least experienced crews to work on our house. They had to redo the tile in our master bath shower and tub backsplash several times. The backsplash for our tub surround was already attached properly to a mesh backing but they still couldn't get the small decorative tiles grouted in straight. They redid a few spots at least 3 times and we ended up with different colored grout each time since it was a new batch of grout. The same thing happened in our shower. They eventually used "grout paint" to make everything match but that wore off in the shower almost immediately. They redid the same thing hoping for a different result I guess and that too came off. We gave up and will have to pay for someone to come out and regrout our whole bathroom eventually. We were unable to use our master bath and had to use our upstairs guest bath for the first 5 months we had moved in due to the above problems. They also replaced the tile on our upstairs deck as water had leaked under the tiles from the wrought iron railing being drilled through the tiles. The original tile we had was no longer available so I had to pick out new tile. They replaced our tiles with 12" tile instead of the 16" we had originally and which we paid quite a bit more for also. It may have been an honest mistake but after everything we had gone through with them, it didn't feel like it. We did not make them tear it out and put in 16" tile as we just wanted to be done with them.

High tech carpets has a very good selection of tile in house and can get almost any tile that you desire. Dylan has a very good idea of how the installation should go. He suggested that the baseboards not be removed or undercut and the result was very good. We took a few samples home to check in different lights during day and night. We scheduled a measurement and choose the tile and grout. We received a written project proposal with price in 2 days; 50% payment up front and 50% after the project was completed to my satisfaction. We removed the furniture on a Thursday at noon and were able to move the furniture back into the house by Friday at 5 pm. A field supervisor met me and the install team at the house and went over the project and double checked the correct materials before any work was begun. A very good experience and excellent results.

I was very impressed with the wooden floor and stairway. The guy who actually did the stairway, did an unbelievable job. His work was very detailed and everything was perfectly built and installed. It was pretty expensive, but it was well worth it. They really went beyond our expectations and they were so easy to work with.
