I was very impressed with the co-owners, Chris Herrera and David Pattillo, who each spent a lot of time with me at my home and over the phone, teaching me what I needed to know, and answering all my many questions. Theirs is a much smaller business than others I sought bids from, but I chose High Angle Austin due to the responsive and personalized service I received. Although their bid was slightly higher ($10,300 vs $ 9,700), their bid paperwork was much more detailed and explanatory, and I had the distinct impression that they take great pride in their work and in getting the job done right. I would use them again and recommend them highly to others.
