They did a terrible job. They made me send my laptop back 3 times. It would have made more sense to send a new one than waste my time and theirs.

Their customer service is not really responsive to dissatisfaction. I kept calling them and they said they would call back. I waited two days and they still didn't call back. They said the phone lines were down. They never called me and finally I got some email that said I would be receiving a package with discs and stuff to put in my computer to reload all the software. They never called or contacted me except by email. The warranty I purchased from them was 200 dollars and it was for three years. I am now in the same position with entirely new software. When you call in with a problem, you normally talk to someone in India and sometimes it is hard to hear or understand them. I have talked to a lot of different people who are all generally nice, but I would not buy another computer from them. The telephone number that I provided is for casement management tech support.
Description of Work: When I purchased my Hewlett Packard computer, I purchased the extended warranty plan. I have been having problems with the computer shutting down a lot and getting frequent error messages. I have called them numerous times and the computer continues to do the same thing.
