 + -1 moreI had started in March 2013 to purchase my mother in law's house through another title company, Austin Title. As there were some wrinkles that came up about the seller's child support case which was never properly closed at the state, Austin Title never followed up and were totally unresponsive and always seemed too busy for us. Both I and the seller left messages but were never able to get through. Because of this, I fired them. We took the closing over to Heritage. What a difference they were. They were always available on the phone to help and the closing was completed without any hitches. These guys are wonderful!
Description of Work: They were able to complete the sale of a home purchased between the family.

 + -1 moreHeritage Title was selected by the Seller on a home that I just purchased. However, they provided me, as Buyer, with fantastic service throughout the process. Lori and her team was highly professional, very quick to respond to questions, and seemed to stay on top of things. I'm not rating the price because the Seller paid most of the costs, and I have no idea of what is reasonable in this market. However, if you have a choice of title companies in Austin, I recommend that you consider Heritage.
Description of Work: Heritage Title acted as the title insurance company and settlement agent for recent home purchase.
