I brought a disorganized mess of tangled chains, miscellaneous jewelry pieces and old silver coins into the shop to see what price they might fetch. Charles, David and Michael worked meticulously to separate and evaluate all the items, all the while generously offering an education about the process and the market. I had an offer on the lot from another recommended buyer, and Charles offered me and 6%-100% more on individual pieces, and 38% higher price overall for the lot. These folks are the model of integrity and professionalism and I give them my unqualified recommendation.
