I work from home so punctionality is important to me because I have to schedule my conference calls, etc. around the disruption in my work day. They arrived on time and were done within an hour. The dog pee stains and odor is gone, carpet dried within an hour. Both gentlemen were professional and I'm very pleased. I would definitely use them again.

It was the best job we've ever had done in Austin. We have a dog and lots of kids through our house on a regular basis so they had a big job and it looks terrific.

What attracted me to them was their advertisement. It was a very striking and it indicated chemical free and something regarding pets and I have pets. The carpet turned out well. They have this treatment where it dries within an hour. They are very people friendly and if you direct them to an area they will do it without any attitude. They are very cooperative. I think the price was reasonable. the responded on the first call and made an appointment within two days and they showed up on time. They are professional people.

Did a nice job. Showed up on time. House smelled cleaner afterwards. Got all the stains out. Fair price. Only weird thing was we gave the guy a check at the time, but later got a collection call from the office. It was easily resolved though.

The experience was very good. We got service within days of requesting it, and the cleaner was on time, thorough and personable. The carpets dried quikly as promised so we could begin moving things into these rooms of our new home.

They were great, lifted furniture and cleander underneath. I am super sensitive to smells and the citrus smell lingered for a bit so I had to leave for the day as I was getting a head ache. But I am a wierdo with chemical smells. All in all great job.

They exchanged one room for the flight of stairs without additional cost. they arrived punctually and proceeded. in less than two hours a perfect job was done.

We contacted them needing last minute cleaning.They replied to my message 8 am the next morning and offerred to come out first thing the following day. Everything was set up until we realized that they can't service Williamson county. They referred us to someone who could. If not for that, I definitely would have used them and recommend them to others.

Bridget was very responsive to my request for service and questions I had. The crew was running early so called me and arranged to back my appointment up an hour. They were very professional and did a good job. I was expecting the hoses that suck up the water and dirt but they use what looks like a floor buffer. I had several pet stains and some unknown. Everything was pretreated and deodorized. No, not all the spots came up but they did a great job on some I was really concerned about. My carpet looks much better and definitely smells better.

I found them on Angie's List. They were great, they did a great job with it. They were professional, fast and effective. Their price was very fair.

I have used them before and was thrilled and I will use them again.

Talked to Bridget on Monday and was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon between 1:30pm and 2:30pm. J.L and Neil arrived about 1:40pm and quickly reviewed the areas to be cleaned with us. They spot treated and then cleaned with their 1- hour dry process finishing just after 3pm. The carpets look almost like new after several stubborn stains were removed. We had also asked about tile and grout cleaning on some saltillo tile. Saltillo tile is tricky and J.L. recommended using a local specialist with some different equipment. We have met with them and will be doing the saltillo tile in 2 weeks. J.L. wanted to be sure our needs were met which we appreciated.

JL and Neal showed up exactly as 8:30 a.m. (Bridgit said between 8:30 and 9am - now that's punctual!). I walked them around all the areas, and showed trouble spots. The worked diligently in each room asking where I wanted them to start. They vacuumed, sprayed solution, 'combed' the carpet, and then used their huge cleaner.......the whole house took 4 hours start to finish. We have lived here 10 years, and never ever had the carpets professionally cleaned. We have two Australian Shepherds and did not realize all the hair that was caked in the carpet even after using our Dyson weekly! My mother is moving in with us and has health issues, so this prompted our call. I cannot believe the results because the carpet looks beautiful and not only to look at, but the slight "orange smell" is very pleasing. Most are already dry, but will wait a bit longer to make sure.

I called to make an appointment and spoke with Bridget, one of the owners. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I was able to set up an appointment for later that week. Two technicians arrived during the 1 hour window given when I booked, and they worked quietly and efficiently and were conscientious about leaving the rooms in a good state. The citrus based products had a pleasant odor, which has faded over the past 10 days. The pet odors seem to be gone.
